Water is Civilization

The 4 Civilization in the world were Ancient Egypt, Ancient India, Ancient Iraq (Mesopotamia) and Ancient China. These places were located around rivers. Egypt was the Nile. Mesopotamia was Tigris and Eupharates Rivers, China was the Yellow River and India was Indus River.     Why the four ancient civilization were located along the rivers?            Yellow River                                                            Nile River                                                                          Indus River                                                      Tigris River Why the river was important for civilization?  Because Water is very important for agriculture.   Human being need plants for living.  Plants need water for growing. So people need water for life. That's why the civilization developed around the rivers. Water is life . Water is Civilization.

        Why we have to drink water every days? Water is very important for our bodies. We need water to sustain our lives. Let's think about why water important. 1. The function of water               2. How much water drink    1) adult man     : 2.3L  2) adult woman : 1.9L   3) baby            : 1.2L 3. When better drink water  1) After wake up - metabolism faster  2) 30 minutes before meals - prevent overeating  3) Daily times - recover tired  4)30 minutes before bed - good sleeping
